My Background
As I have travelled through this life, I have found it fascinating how we as a collective consciousness have formed our own unique understanding about what this world is all about. My path has led me into my own deeper understanding of what it makes for a meaningful and desired life experience for myself and for others.
Starting out in my early 20's I had a career in the Medical Research Industry and calibrated and repaired all sorts of interesting equipment, where a new curiosity was born; "How do we Change, so we can heal and live a vibrant life?".
Through life's experiences, research, taking courses with Masters in their fields of Science, Spirituality, Herbalism, Shamanism, Living in Nature, Home Steading, and raising 4 children as a single parent, I have built a foundation of many practical and logical concepts on how I live a full and happy life.
I am so excited to share with you the things that work for me. May they move you into the timeline of your highest and best version of yourself, full of love and the balance of Body, Mind and Sprit.
